Today …….., there is a course in Centennary Institute, near RPAH Sydney…
They were talking about fluorescence in microscopy and flow cytometri
We could get an image of unknown cell,
by giving different types of fluorescence which can coupled with specific protein (antibody reaction),
count them,
and sometimes try to get 3 dimensions on that cell…
You can see it here... firts give green fuorescence....and add another fluorescence..
Voila...
You get an image of a cell
They can even scattered the image.....
so you can get 3 D of the cell

Bukannya di Indo juga bisa tuh??? Di Jogja udah ada tuh... aku pernah melakukan itu, pengecatan sel
Udah ada tapi mikroskop mereka lebih canggih..
kalau di Indo..kita hanya bisa fluoresence u deteksi ada tidak protein tertentu..belum untuk image apalagi yg scattered 3 D (UI?...belum deh kayanya)
terus mereka bisa gabungin software deteksi image, ngilangin blur ama counting.. (flow citometry ama fluoresecence) jadi tidak perlu ampe belekan ngitung sel manually (Hi..Hi..)semuanya keluar di layar komputer.
