Well...when we dont know "all" about something
sometime we act like them
we pretend to know
or we think that we know all

but the truth
we just know one part
and missinterpret all...
and get lost

Australia memang sering mengalami kebakaran atau yang lebih sering dikenal sebagai "bushfire". Alamnya yang berupa savana, padang rumput dan hutan cemara.. ditambah kekeringan pada saat summer yang panas sekali... (terakhir mengalami sampai 43 derajat Celsius), mengakibatkan sering terjadinya kebakaran spontan.

Namun pada tahun ini, terjadi korban jiwa yang sangat banyak sepanjang 110 tahun terakhir, hampir 300 jiwa. Ini merupakan musibah yang sangat meggoncang negeri ini. Sepanjang ingatanku selama tinggal di Sydney, kejadian sedih ataupun musibah di televisi sangatlah jarang. Masih ingat kisah putri Sophie kecil yang ditinggal di gereja, menggemparkan negeri ini sampai perdana menterinya saat ini, John Howard turun tangan. Kehilangan 300 jiwa, merupakan duka yang amat dalam bagi Australia. Semoga bencana ini cepat teratasi dan tidak ada korban-korban berikutnya.
